PE DEPARTMENT AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

We at Ratton School intend to get pupils interested in a fit and healthy lifestyle, by giving them a broad range of physical concepts and processes. We aim to develop skills which can be used after leaving school, fostering a lifelong interest in physical activity.

The school environment is important. The school has excellent facilities which enable the staff to get as much out of the pupils as they can. The attitude among the department is dynamic and hard working. We are committed to maximizing pupil participation and achievement. Pupils are encouraged to participate in inter-community and inter-school competition. We expect the same level of commitment from the pupils as the staff.
